While many of the videos feature my WCTV family of anchors, other segments will feature special guests who join in on the fun. Dig In! will also feature longer segments that walk viewers through each recipe in a more in-depth manner. A fan asked me to make a dish with mullet but given I don't know a thing about mullet other than its a bony fish Southerners love, I asked one of my friends to tell me about it and the conversation ended with a dare for me to combine chicken and crab into one dish and make it on the show.... I came through in a major (yet very slick) way! Lol
